If you are looking to rent in a beautiful gated golf community in Naples, Florida, then look no further.
My husband and I purchased a condo in Naples, Florida after an extensive search. We found the best place to suit our needs. Not only did we purchase a unit, but our best friends also purchased a unit. We are on the 4th Floor and our friends own just below us on the 3rd Floor. If you are like us and like to travel together, this presents a great option to each have your own space, but also golf, play tennis, soak up the sun, or whatever else you might like to do in Southwest Florida.
Our unit is still available for January, February and March 2012. Currently, our friends unit is available for January.
Each unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and a den (with a pull out sofa sleeper). There is also a lanai that offers breathtaking views of the 16th green at Heritage Bay Golf and Country Club. When you rent in Heritage Bay, you are able to pay $250.00 and then golf as much as you would like for only $20.00. (Which is the cart fee.) The monthly rental fee is $3300.00 per month, plus applicable Florida state taxes. There is also a $150.00 departure cleaning fee.
